Cat Feed ("the Service") lets you watch a live video feed of a group of cats and send a feeding command to a physical pet feeder, and browse a catalog and family tree of the cats being cared for. By creating an account, checking the agreement box on the sign-in page, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a payment through the Service.
You can sign in with Google, Telegram, or an Ethereum wallet. You're responsible for keeping your account and any linked wallet secure, and for anything that happens through your account.
Each feeding command costs one "portion." Portions can be purchased with USDC on the Polygon network (either by connecting a wallet directly or by sending to a displayed address/QR code) or by a manual SEPA bank transfer.
The Service controls a real, physical feeder over the internet. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee that a feeding command will always succeed โ hardware faults, an empty hopper, network or power outages, or third-party service interruptions can all prevent a feeding from happening even after a portion is spent. We are not liable for a cat missing a feeding due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the hardware it controls, and don't use the Service for anything unlawful.
The Service relies on third parties โ including Google, Telegram, Cloudinary, the Polygon blockchain, and YouTube for the embedded live stream. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, which we don't control.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to cryptocurrency payments or feeding failures.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms? Reach out through the sign-in page's contact options, or to the project owner directly.
